Please note: Once the payment is completed, or the agreement is accepted and e-signed, or confirmed via email, cancellations will not be permitted. Any advance payment, token amount, or full payment is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review the agreement, services, and products before proceeding with payment.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Service quality issues
  • Incorrect billing
  • Absence of staff due to emergency, medical, or family reasons
  • Emergency situations affecting our company

Refunds will be calculated after deducting taxes and payment gateway fees from the original amount.

3. Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 7-10 days using the original payment method, or we will ask the client for an alternative method.

4. Non-Refundable Services

All services and products are non-refundable. No advance payments, token money, or full amounts are refundable.
